In which holiday villages will you find the MYALPS apartments, holiday homes and chalets?
All apartments, holiday homes and chalets are spread throughout Ötztal valley in Tirol – in the villages of Obergurgl, Sölden, Umhausen, Oetz and Sautens – nestled between the Ötztal and Stubai Alps.

Our apartments, holiday homes and chalets are mostly in quiet locations. Some can be found in the village center, others are close to the center or even directly on the ski slope. What all accommodations have in common is their proximity to the myriad highlights and attractions of Ötztal and its surrounding area.

Will everyone find what they are looking for at MYALPS?
Yes, our apartments are divided into ALPINE APARTMENTS which are slightly more affordable, PREMIUM APARTMENTS which are in the mid-to-upper price range due to their amenities and LUXURY CHALETS offering a great deal of space. We therefore offer everything - from affordable holiday apartments to high-end luxury chalets.

Since the MYALPS accommodations are located close to the hotspots of Ötztal valley, you have virtually limitless options – including 5 ski areas with over 360 slope kilometers.

How many people can MYALPS Homes accommodate?
Everyone will find the right accommodation here with us: solo travelers, couples, families or larger groups of up to 14 people - for example, for a company outing or bachelor party.

Is the Summer Card included in all accommodations?
The Summer Card is included in the PREMIUM APARTMENTS and the LUXURY CHALETS. Our ALPINE APARTMENTS guests are welcome to purchase the regular Summer Card at the tourist office.

Are there any goodies or benefits for me if I book with MYALPS?
Yes, all guest enjoy the benefits of the MYALPS Partner Card and get a small welcome gift. Our flexible cancellation policy could also be an advantage for you. In some cases, you can cancel free of charge up to one week prior to arrival.

What cancellation policy applies to my booking?
Standard cancellations:
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.
- For later cancellations, the accommodation reserves the right to charge 90% of the total amount.
Special cancellations:
During Christmas week, New Year's week, February and August seasons, the following cancellation terms apply:- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
- For later cancellations, the accommodation reserves the right to charge 90% of the total amount.
Early booking cancellations:
- For cancellations received up to 30 days prior to arrival (by midnight), 40% of the total amount will be charged.
- For cancellations received 29 days or less prior to arrival (by midnight), 100% of the total amount will be charged.

How are the payment terms?
A 30% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining payment will be made on-site or via a payment link prior to arrival.

When can I check-in to my apartment or chalet?
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. If you wish, you can contact us one day before arrival and we can then let you know if an earlier check-in is available.

How are the apartments and chalets equipped?
All apartments, holiday homes and chalets are fully equipped, so you only need to bring your personal belongings. Towels, bedding, soaps and shampoos are provided in all units. You can find a detailed overview of the amenities below in the specific FAQs.

Can I book a chef for events or dinners?
Absolutely. We will be happy to direct you to Thomas Ellwanger. Contact him directly and book your event or dinner at www.ellwanger.at.

Are baby cots and highchairs available?
Yes, for just € 5.00 per night we will be happy to provide a highchair and cot and prepare them for you in your apartment.

Are pets allowed in the apartments and chalets?
Your four-legged friend is very welcome - with the exception of Chalet Cecilia and MYALPS Historical. Due to additional cleaning, we charge € 20.00 per night. For two pets, the fee is only € 30.00 per night. For stays of more than 7 days, you will only be charged for a maximum of 7 days.

Is it possible to park my car at the accommodation?
All apartment buildings and chalets have private parking areas, some are covered, some can be found in the underground garage. You can find specific information below.

Can I charge my electric car at the accommodation?
Charging is possible at MYALPS Tirol, MYALPS Ötztal, Chalet Cecilia, Chalet White Pearl and Chalet Pirchhof - some are free of charge and some are subject to a fee.

Is there a wellness area in the accommodation?
Yes. The Sky Wellness parlor on the top floor offers a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and two infrared chairs, combined with a cold foot bath. The lounge and relaxation room invite you to relax - ideally with a cup of tea from the tea station.

The wellness area is open daily from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Parking is available in the secure underground garage and is included in the price.

Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, there are four electric charging stations. Here you can simply charge with your provider card or scan the QR code and pay by credit card.

Is there a reception in the accommodation?
Yes, our reception is open daily from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. In addition, we are available at any time by phone or email.

Is the Summer Card included in MYALPS Tirol?
Yes, you get the Summer Card for free at MYALPS Tirol - so you can really save money.

Is breakfast served in the accommodation?
Unfortunately not. But that's not a problem as there is a bakery right next door. You can also order bread and other goods in advance. Simply order bread rolls, milk, jam, etc. for your entire stay directly via your smartphone. It will then be delivered fresh to the accommodation's bread box every day.

All apartments are equipped with non-motorized ventilation.
