Is there a wellness area in MYALPS Tirol?
Yes. The Sky Wellness parlor on the top floor of MYALPS Tirol offers a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and two infrared chairs, combined with a cold foot bath. The lounge and relaxation room invite you to relax - ideally with a cup of tea from the tea station.

When is the wellness area open?
The wellness area at MYALPS Tirol is open daily from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Are bathrobes included for my stay?
At MYALPS Tirol we provide bathrobes for the spa area free of charge to guests booking directly with us as a little extra for the duration of their stay. For bookings made via booking portals, we reserve the right to charge a hire fee of € 8.00 per stay, if required.

What are the parking options?
Parking is available in the secure underground garage at MYALPS Tirol and is included in the price.

Can I charge my electric car?
Yes, there are four electric charging stations at MYALPS Tirol. Here you can simply charge with your provider card or scan the QR code and pay by credit card.

Is there a reception in the accommodation?
Yes, the reception at MYALPS Tirol is open daily from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm. In addition, we are available at any time by phone or email.

Yes, you get the Summer Card for free at MYALPS Tirol - so you can really save money.

Is breakfast served in the accommodation?
Unfortunately there is no breakfast at MYALPS Tirol. But that's not a problem as there is a bakery right next door. You can also order bread and other goods in advance. Simply order bread rolls, milk, jam, etc. for your entire stay directly via your smartphone. It will then be delivered fresh to the accommodation's bread box every day.

All apartments at MYALPS Tirol are equipped with non-motorized ventilation.

Yes, there is a laundry room on the first floor at MYALPS Tirol where laundry can be washed and dried free of charge. Clothes racks are available for an extra charge.

Is there a bar in MYALPS Tirol?
There is an honesty bar on the top floor of MYALPS Tirol. Everyone is welcome to open a bottle of wine, beer, Aperol Spritz or even soda and enjoy it on the roof terrace with a view of scenic Acherkogel (Europe's northernmost 3,000-meter peak) or in the apartment.
